Hong Kong meals 🍤🍤

Hey guys I'm back again with my favorite topic, food! I didn't forget about you foodie lovers out there so that's why I thought it was only appropriate to talk about some Asian cuisine. When I traveled to Hong Kong two summers ago I tried some of the most delicious foods. I really wanted to bring some of the culture back with me to the states so I bought a cook book from a local shop on Albany Road. I learned some of the greatest recipe's which led me to share with you guys what exactly I cooked. My top two favorite dishes are shrimp and chicken balls and wind sand chicken. Chicken balls are the best of the best tastiest balls you will ever get your hands on. They are made from chopped chicken and shrimp that are stirred into a ball. After creating your perfect balls you should sprinkle some bread crumbs on them so they can have that tastey bready flavor. After putting the bread crumbs on you must throw the balls into a pot and set the pot to a medium heat temperature and start to deep fry them until they maintain the perfect crisp. To top it off put a little bit of sweet and sour sauce and let it sit in the pot for a couple of minutes until it looks like a good golden brown look. Wala! You have your perfect chicken shrimp balls. My next dish is called "wind sand chicken." The reason why the name of this meal is called sand chicken is because of the authentic look it portrays that has almost a similar visual to a real life sandstorm. This dish is basically deep fried chicken that has garlic bit powder on top that gives its cool look to a sandy beach. To garnish this meal you top it off with paprika or chili powder. Once your done, you can dip this crispy chicken in some sweet and sour garlic sauce, And there you have it, some great garlic Asian chicken. I'm happy I shared these two delectable dishes with you guys and I'm excited to continue my journey with ya'll later this week. Thanks for reading!
